In recognition of demand fluctuations, and product availability, we can only deliver on a first come, first served basis and we are not liable if we are unable to supply a particular product in your order. We will notify you within 24 hours should a product be unavailable and offer you a suitable alternative or inform you when the product will be back in stock and provide you with an alternative date for that delivery. If product is not available, you will not be charged for that stock. After contacting you by email or phone we will hold your order until all your required products become available and then deliver or make a second delivery once the depleted stock is replenished in our warehouse. We will not make a charge for the second delivery if a second delivery is required because the product was not in stock.
